Daniel Pink’s recent work has been centered around motivation and incentives, discovering a rather profound implication of monetary rewards for creative problem solving endeavors.
When he talks about purpose towards the end, it seems to be hitting on the same idea from Simon Sinek’s talk posted the other day.
This video also displays something else quite amazing: the Royal Society has been doing quite a lot to keep up with the times. They have a whole series of these visualized talks that I think do a great job at making the talks more engaging and visual.
