Bread is the classic example of prepared food, and for some reason I really get caught up in the romanticization of cooking and making food. So I found this talk really interesting as it explains the process of making bread and what it symbolizes. I know gluten is not very popular these days, but I’m sure you can appreciate the art of baking bread, even if you don’t eat it.
